List Me Genie is a human-powered listing and delisting service. Customers submit item details and photos once, and our team prepares and submits listings on supported static-listing marketplaces when account access is available.

What You Are Buying

Tokens purchase service work for item listing and delisting. A token is used when an item is submitted. Delisting is included and does not require another token.

Supported Marketplaces

Supported marketplaces are static listing sites that do not require livestreaming, creator-style selling, or ongoing social-commerce labor after submission. Some platforms require customer account access, seller eligibility, marketplace approval, or customer-provided credentials.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate item details, photos, condition, pricing, and account access when needed.
• Tell List Me Genie promptly when an item sells so other listings can be removed.
• Handle buyer communication, payment, shipping, returns, taxes, and marketplace account obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Do not submit prohibited, counterfeit, unsafe, or restricted items.

Refund Policy

All sales are final once work begins. Because tokens purchase manual service work, completed listing or delisting work is not refundable. If we cannot perform the requested service before work begins, we may refund or restore tokens at our discretion.

No Sale Guarantee

List Me Genie guarantees listing and delisting work, not that an item will sell, sell quickly, or sell at a particular price. Marketplace traffic, buyer interest, platform rules, and final sale outcomes are outside our control.

Account Access

If a marketplace requires login or seller access, the customer is responsible for granting appropriate access and keeping the account in good standing. List Me Genie may decline work on accounts or platforms that create security, compliance, or operational risk.

Our Privacy Policy explains how customer, listing, payment, and marketplace access information is handled.
