List Me Genie collects only the information needed to provide listing and delisting services, manage customer accounts, process token purchases, and respond to support requests.

Information We Collect

• Contact information such as name, email address, and phone number.
• Submitted item details, photos, selected marketplaces, and listing instructions.
• Marketplace login details when needed to submit or remove listings for you.
• Payment and token purchase records. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by List Me Genie.
• Basic technical information such as browser, device, and usage activity for security and troubleshooting.

How We Use Information

• To create, submit, update, and delist marketplace listings.
• To manage your account, token balance, purchases, and support history.
• To protect the service from fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or operational risk.
• To improve the site and communicate service updates.

Marketplace Credentials

Marketplace login details are used only for listing and delisting work requested through List Me Genie. Access is limited to authorized operators, credential access is logged, and credentials are stored separately from ordinary account profile details.

Sharing

We do not sell customer information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate List Me Genie, such as hosting, authentication, payment processing, email, analytics, and marketplace work tools, or when required by law.

Retention

We keep account, transaction, and listing records as long as needed for service, support, tax, security, and legal purposes. You may contact us to request account or credential changes.

You can update profile information in your account. For help changing marketplace access, payment records, or account status, contact support.
